About MSBI - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS


In today's IT world, Business Intelligence or BI has become a buzzword. People who understand and even those who do not understand are trying to move into this field. Naturally, there is lack of clarity on what exactly is BI and what training should one do to become a success.'
First, what are BI tools? 
As per Wikepedia, Business intelligence tools are a type of application software designed to retrieve, analyze, transform and report data for business intelligence. The tools generally read data that have been previously stored, often, though not necessarily, in a data warehouse or data mart.
Among the commonly heard tools names like OBIEE, MSBI, SAP BI etc. readily come to mind. Besides there are niche tools like Sisense, Pentaho etc..
